If both sides are convinced, we record it in a Letter of Intent. You receive access to the complete franchise exposé with all key figures.

Location & Franchise Agreement
Together we choose your location — a shopping centre (ECE, Sonae Sierra), pedestrian zone or your own shop. Once the location is set, we sign the franchise agreement.

No — if you choose a location with ECE or Sonae Sierra. Thanks to our partnerships with ECE and Sonae Sierra, pre-vetted spaces are already available to you, and we accompany the negotiations together. If you prefer your own location — a shop or a pedestrian zone — you search for it yourself. We support you with our experience and help you make the right decision.
We work together on analysis and optimization. Our team supports you with regular reviews, audits and concrete measures. Choosing a location in the centres of our partners ECE and Sonae Sierra significantly minimizes the footfall risk compared to independently chosen locations.
That’s up to you. You can run the business alone, with your family or with your own team. We train everyone involved — regardless of how you organize yourself.
